Mark Field Mediation

Mark Field, of Mark Field Mediation, is a CEDR accredited mediator and a Registered Mediator of the Civil Mediation Council.  He qualified as a solicitor in 1981 and worked in private practice until 2004.

Mark specialised in insurance litigation, which embraced personal injury and product liability claims.  Many of the personal injury claims were complex and the product liability claims involved products as diverse as construction materials and animal feedstuffs.  Probably his most interesting instruction as a solicitor was representing Mayfair Chemists and Co-op Healthcare in the Shipman Inquiry.

AWP has worked with Mark since autumn 2014 and have helped him with his IT set-up in his small office.  This includes his email and Office 365, and also resolving some issues with his hosting company and ISP.
